Kinoshita battled Sukuna across Shibuya, using Piercing Blood to force Sukuna to protect Megumi Fushiguro. The chapter left Sukuna fleeing with Megumi while Kinoshita pursued them.

Sukuna turned the fight around after heating Kinoshita’s blood, forcing him to flee through Shibuya. Kinoshita tricked Sukuna with balloons filled with shit, but Sukuna unleashed Malevolent Shrine and Furnace: Open, knocking Kinoshita unconscious amid the explosions.
