Tsukasa Hatayama built friendships at Jujutsu High, developed his abilities, and earned money and recognition while taking on dangerous missions. After he and Mei Mei defeated the Heart God, an unseen observer declared her desire to possess Tsukasa’s body, and the story moved to Gojo’s birthday banquet.

• Tsukasa Hatayama joined Jujutsu High as a Special Grade sorcerer and befriended Suguru Geto and Satoru Gojo after defeating them in sparring.
• Tsukasa taught Gojo and Geto cursed pressure, helped Geto improve his cursed-energy control, and gave him Grade 1 Cursed Spirits and a notebook on the Rasengan for his birthday.
• Tsukasa and Mei Mei investigated a mountain shrine, where Tsukasa defeated a Special Grade 1 cursed spirit and later took leave at Hatayama Manor to recover from the Void Cursed Technique’s aftereffects.
• Masamichi Yaga introduced Tsukasa to the Higher-Ups, who awarded him money and Kitetsu, a cursed blade that absorbed his cursed energy.
• Tsukasa shared a meal and money with Mei Mei after learning that she had become a Grade 1 sorcerer, then impressed his friends with his swordsmanship and taught Geto and Gojo the Rasenshuriken.
• Tsukasa and Mei Mei fought the Heart God at Kyoto City Hospital, and Tsukasa survived its domain before they destroyed it with Black Flash and Mei Mei’s crow.
• An unseen observer in the hospital ruins declared that she wanted to possess Tsukasa’s body, and Gojo arrived with Geto and Tsukasa at his birthday banquet.

Tsukasa Hatayama helped his friends survive the Star Plasma Vessel mission, confronted Kenjaku, and strengthened his allies with new techniques. After revealing his open domain, he discovered a different direction for his second domain and activated Zhuang Zhou's Butterfly Dream.

• Tsukasa Hatayama joined Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto at the Gojo Clan gathering, then celebrated Satoru’s birthday and resolved to grow stronger.
• Tsukasa welcomed new students Yu Haibara and Kento Nanami, revealed his two Maximum Techniques, and destroyed Sukuna’s Finger with his Mystic Eyes of Death Perception.
• Tsukasa helped Haibara and Nanami defeat a Grade 1 curse, healed them and the children, and spent a day wandering hand in hand with Mei Mei.
• When Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto went to protect Riko Amanai, Tsukasa took his university entrance exam and later intervened after Toji Fushiguro attacked them.
• Tsukasa helped Satoru and Suguru defeat Toji, created a replica of Riko Amanai so she could escape assimilation, and killed the Time Vessel Association’s leaders.
• Tsukasa confronted Kenjaku in Kaori Itadori’s body and trapped her in Rational Universe, but she escaped and vowed to possess him.
• Tsukasa extracted the Inverted Spear of Heaven’s technique-cancellation effect into a Black Rod, gave his friends martial arts notebooks, and revealed his open domain Blissful Asura's Slumber.
• After Shoko Ieiri suggested that Tsukasa’s second domain could support rather than attack, Tsukasa activated Domain Expansion: Zhuang Zhou's Butterfly Dream.
