Xiao Tianhao chatted with her about his origins and some of his experiences in the Miniature Exquisite World.

When Gu Lan learned that Xiao Tianhao came from the Miniature Exquisite World, she was somewhat surprised.
One of her teachers when she was young had also come from the Miniature Exquisite World. However, that master never revealed his real name and came and went like a ghost. She had lost track of him five years ago.
According to Gu Lan, her master's strength had exceeded the fifth level of the Martial Ancestor realm. Xiao Tianhao guessed that he was either Emperor Kongming or one of his disciples.
An entire two hours passed as they talked.
They had grown much closer and learned a great deal more about each other.
Gu Bei returned.
He walked in carrying a bowl of thick medicinal decoction.
"Careful, Sis. It's hot."
"Mm." Gu Lan nodded and carefully took the bowl of medicine.
She checked its temperature. It was a little hot.
After she waited a short while, it cooled to just the right temperature.
She gently closed her eyes and slowly drank the bowl of medicine.
Gu Bei watched Gu Lan nervously, but Xiao Tianhao was not worried at all.
A moment later, Gu Lan opened her eyes and looked at Xiao Tianhao.
"This medicine really can ease the blockages in my meridians. I can already feel a slight change in the flow of energy within them! Thank you, Tianhao." A flicker of emotion crossed her serene, composed face. She had never expected the medicine to work so quickly.
"It's nothing. As long as it works." Xiao Tianhao nodded.
Seeing that the medicine worked, Gu Bei burst into excited laughter.
