The group took their seats.
A row of guards stood along each side of the hall.
Big Black Dog had no interest in their conversation and wandered around the courtyard.
"Master, could we ask you to give us a demonstration?" Luo Xiao asked.
"Of course. Please prepare the materials I need, Patriarch of the Luo Family." Xiao Tianhao smiled faintly, and a sheet of paper covered with a list of materials appeared in his hand out of thin air.
Luo Xiao gave one of the guards a meaningful look.
The guard stepped forward, took the paper, and left the hall.
The guards and maids on either side whispered among themselves.
"I heard an advanced Inscription Patterns master came today. Is it this young man?" one guard whispered to another.
"I'm not too sure either, but he's the only one sitting here, so I suppose so!" the other guard replied hesitantly.
Several maids on the other side were whispering as well.
"He's far too young. Could he be a fraud?"
"Well... surely not! This is our Jade Seal Family, after all. Who would dare come here to swindle us?"
Three minutes passed.
The guard returned, and a stone workbench was placed in the center of the hall, laden with materials.
There were two longswords, a saber, Demon Beast blood, and several other materials on it.
Xiao Tianhao rose and walked over. As he focused his mental energy, his presence abruptly changed.
He picked up the saber in his left hand and quietly examined its blade. Taking an engraving tool, he coated it with some Demon Beast blood and began engraving the saber.
Then a brush made from special materials appeared in his right hand. He mixed the pigments and channeled Soul Force into the brush.
