"Huh? Senior sisters, have you noticed that the aura around us seems a little different?!"
Qin Jinfeng suddenly spoke, her brows slightly furrowed as though she was carefully sensing the changes around them.
"I felt it too, but I can't put my finger on what's different!"
Another senior sister agreed, her eyes somewhat bewildered as she tried to work out the reason for the change.
"It feels as though the air is a little livelier. It isn't completely dead and still like before."
Yet another senior sister spoke, a trace of uncertainty in her voice.
"It really does, doesn't it?!"
The other senior sisters nodded in agreement.
"Speaking of which, where on earth did Junior Brother Su Yan go? It's been so long, and he still hasn't come back!"
Qin Jinfeng suddenly remembered Su Yan and couldn't help voicing her concern.
"Let's ask Senior Sister Zhang. He probably went to take care of something else!"
One senior sister suggested.
"Senior Sister Zhang..."
Just as Qin Jinfeng and the others were about to ask Senior Sister Zhang what was going on, Su Yan strode out of the darkness. His steps were hurried, as though he had something urgent to do.
Su Yan went straight to Senior Sister Zhang and, without another word, scooped her into his arms.
Senior Sister Zhang had no time to react and was startled by his sudden move.
"Ah... Junior Brother Su Yan, what are you doing... put me down... so many people are watching..."
Senior Sister Zhang cried out, instinctively curling her hands into little fists and lightly pounding his chest. A blush spread across her face; her icy beauty's composure had only just returned, yet her cheeks were already burning again.
"Senior Sister Zhang, I'm like an erupting volcano right now. I desperately need
