Lin Hui remained perfectly calm when he heard Scarface's threat.

The first of the Survival Rules.

Scarface said coldly, "You think you'll be fine if you drive away? Your tires won't last much longer. We'll catch up with you then!"

"We might not be able to enter your RV, but we have plenty of ways to force you out!"

"Really?" Lin Hui replied coldly, then swiftly pulled out the Axe Gun and aimed it at the two men.

"A gun!"

Both men's pupils contracted sharply at the sight of the Axe Gun in Lin Hui's hands.

How could they not fear the ultimate arbiter?

That fear was etched into their genes!

The blond man immediately raised his hands and shouted, "Buddy, this is a misunder-"

Bang!

Before he could finish, Lin Hui decisively pulled the trigger.

At such close range, the blond man in front had no time to react. The bullet tore straight through his body!

He had never imagined Lin Hui would have a gun!

"It's a misunderstanding! All a misunderstanding!"

Scarface forced a smile uglier than a grimace as he inched backward.

"We were blind fools! We'll get lost right now! You can have my car! The woman, too! You can have your fun with her or use her as bait to lure other players! Please, spare my life!"

"A misunderstanding?" Lin Hui looked at him, a mocking, cold smile curling his lips.

"You didn't seem to think it was a misunderstanding when you put down those road spikes."

"That was Blondie's idea! I-"

Bang!

Without another word, Lin Hui pulled the trigger.

In this apocalypse, explanations were worthless.

Only the dead wouldn't stab you in the back!

The second bullet struck Scarface squarely in the head.

"Aaargh!"

A piercing scream shattered the silence of the wasteland. Scarface toppled stiffly to the ground, his eyes still wide open in death!

"Good luck. Both shots hit!" Lin Hui was quite satisfied.

The Axe Gun had heavy recoil, but its power was just as impressive!

He glanced at the two bodies on the ground and fought down his discomfort. His first time killing someone was bound to feel a little unpleasant.

Still, he would get used to it after killing a few more.

At that thought, Lin Hui glanced at the young woman behind them.

She had already collapsed to the ground and lost control of her bladder and bowels.

She crawled forward two steps on her knees, raised her head, and looked up at Lin Hui with utter subservience.

"I can warm your bed. You can do whatever you want to me... In a world like this, having a woman around to let off steam is better than being alone, right?"

Li Shuang was very confident in her body.

Lin Hui looked down at her. His gaze swept over her tear-streaked face before settling on the Axe Gun in his hand.

Lin Hui exhaled and looked up at the woman. "You'd only consume my food."

He had no interest whatsoever in a woman like her.

Li Shuang's pupils widened abruptly. What she saw in Lin Hui's eyes wasn't desire, but... disgust.

The disgust of someone looking at trash.

"No! I can be useful! I-"

"Shut up!" Lin Hui snapped. All he wanted now was to dismantle the taxi, upgrade his RV as soon as possible, and solve the tire problem.

Lin Hui walked over to the taxi and summoned the system interface.

"System, dismantle this taxi!"

[The vehicle's player is dead. Disassembly is available!]

"No!" the woman shrieked. "You dismantled my car, so you have to take responsibility for me!"

Lin Hui looked toward the sound. A gray blur was charging toward them at incredible speed!

It was that Agile Zombie!

Earlier, Lin Hui had deliberately driven two kilometers away to lure it off so he could dismantle the helicopter.

But the gunshots and smell of blood had clearly drawn it back.

At the sight, adrenaline surged through Lin Hui, and he immediately shook the woman off with all his strength.

Then, without hesitation, he stepped backward, leaped onto the RV's step, and slammed the warped door shut behind him with a bang.

He left the woman alone on the empty road.

While the zombie was feeding, he floored the accelerator and sped away.

He was heading for that crashed military helicopter!
