Mechanical King Babbage, Deathly Lightning Satellite Shining.
As things stood, some believed they were allies because their Devil Fruit powers complemented each other so well.
But they rarely crossed paths. After all, Satellite Shining seldom visited Titans, certainly not as often as the Great Angel. So plenty of people believed theirs was merely an ordinary business partnership.
The hottest topic lately was the Type IV Artificial Angels, the "Imperial Guard," which had achieved astonishing results on the battlefield in Dressrosa.
Their appearance had also cast a veil of uncertainty over outside speculation about the relationship between these two men.
"...Hmph."
"...Hmph."
Kalifa and Alpha exchanged huffs, then each took her place behind her own boss.
A brief silence settled over the room before Babbage spoke first.
"Regarding the Imperial Guard, the Combat Performance Test results were largely consistent with projections."
Babbage had begun discussing the Imperial Guard.
The sisters remained composed on the surface, but inwardly, both went on full alert.
A month had passed. Through intelligence compiled by various parties and their respective channels, they had learned what these new models were capable of in the Dressrosa Restoration War.
They possessed assorted electromagnetic, plasma, and electrothermal weapons, along with swordsmanship comparable to an ordinary Swordsman's.
Defensively, they could withstand an ordinary Swordsman's Flying Slash and Iron-Cutting Sword techniques. Even when damaged, they could "restore" themselves to a certain extent.
They could emit a form of Mental Oppression that interfered with Observation Haki, and they could use Optical Stealth. Anyone encountering such an opponent for the first time could easily fall victim to a First-Encounter Kill.
They were highly mobile, capable of hovering and flying.
They also adapted well to different terrain. Reports claimed these monsters could pass through pipes that normal people struggled to enter.
