Dressed in a very Las Vegas-style "sequined suit" made of gold thread, Tesoro led the Desolo Band in personally warming up the crowd.
According to the schedule, Shining and Kessoku Band would take the stage half an hour later.
The circular stands buzzed with voices.
Four Celestial Dragons occupied the central seats in the specially designated "Celestial Dragons-only section." Shackled beauties in gauzy dresses fanned them with silk fans.
Holy Land Guards in knightly armor stood watch around the section.
The seats above it were all empty; no one dared sit there. There were also "buffer zones" on either side.
On the left, however, were Vice Admiral Momousagi, Gion, and Cuckoo, leading a group of female Marines. On the right was Vice Admiral Chaton, Tokikake, leading the male Marines.
...Tokikake had confessed his love at noon and been rejected yet again.
The Celestial Dragons' section-
"I never expected to catch that Shining fellow's concert on this visit..."
An obese young Celestial Dragon spoke with some displeasure. After all, the Five Elders had repeatedly ordered them not to provoke him, and these ordinary Celestial Dragons had grown somewhat rebellious about it.
"That 'Ghost Princess' is quite interesting. If only she could become my slave."
Another sleazy, middle-aged Celestial Dragon rubbed his hands together.
Still, he was only talking. Even without taking Shining into account, that would not be easy.
To a large extent, they could do whatever they wanted, but there was still a vague limit.
For example, there were so many beautiful female celebrities, yet they could not simply take one whenever they pleased.
It was not that they "weren't interested." They would even abduct married nurses off the street. Would they really turn their noses up at female celebrities?
Some sort of restriction did exist.
