The sight of Gerd, Vivi, and Melise resembled a big girl who had never lost her childlike spirit playing house with figurines.
Vivi and Melise sat opposite each other at the tea table, holding a little tea party between princesses.
Gerd lay on her stomach nearby, her "huge face" wearing an enraptured expression as she watched the two princesses drink tea and chat.
"Melise, you said earlier that Uta and the others went to Dressrosa?"
When chatting with her own people, Vivi still carried herself very much like a princess thanks to habits cultivated since childhood, but she spoke much more casually.
"Yes, they should have arrived by now. Galette went to discuss a new partnership, and the band went along."
Melise poured the tea with considerable grace.
Though she was also a princess, she had something of a royal courtier about her as well.
She was not particularly strong herself. Back in Totto Land, she had not been a minister governing a territory, but had lived on Whole Cake Island and handled some court affairs.
