New stone pillars rose from piles of rubble, their surfaces covered in chaotic crystals.
Upside-down buildings obscured most of the sky, as though an inverted town had unfolded overhead.
Amid this chaos, a sky-piercing surge of Conqueror's Haki spread like a passing typhoon.

Garp stood where a building twisted downward, his eyes blazing red. He looked possessed by a surge of murderous intent, almost "Akuma-fied."
"What do you mean, a masterpiece-what's cute about it-"
Black-and-red lightning blazed, and the air began visibly distorting.
His appearance, movements, and roars all seemed to radiate a dangerous brilliance.

Just as Bondrewd "split apart," "Shining," standing on the other side, seemed to shudder. Fine arcs of electricity crackled all over his body.
