When Zephyr shot up from the shell crater, smoke and shattered stone surged in every direction.
Brick dust clung to his mechanical arm. As its mechanisms whirred, they stirred up a billowing cloud, while his eyes behind his diamond-shaped sunglasses locked onto the rejuvenated Red Count on the neighboring rooftop.

Zephyr took it head-on with his mechanical arm. Hellfire burst against the iron fist, black flames spreading along the arm, kept at bay by Armament Haki. His landing shattered the paving stones, and the shock wave smashed the windows of nearby shops.
"A frog in a well could never understand the great undertaking the Alliance Leader intends to accomplish!"
The Red Count kept attacking. His left hand also became a hellhound's head. Both heads alternately spat Hellfire projectiles and Underworld ice rounds, weaving intersecting
