The battle in the underground factory began the instant Trebol made his move.

Sugar fled deeper into the factory amid the chaos. At her command, some of the toys blocked the Knights while others covered her escape.

Wherever Sephiroth's wings swept, blue plasma appeared, orbiting him like satellites.

Crisscrossing blue laser beams sliced through the slime projectiles Trebol released, sending a rusty smell mingled with a rotten, sour stench rushing toward Sephiroth.

Caught in the laser fire, concrete flaked off the factory walls and ceiling.

Trebol transformed into a Slime-like form and swiftly "swam" through the factory.

He knew perfectly well that he was probably no match for the Great Angel. All he could do now was stall for time and look for a chance to escape.

Sephiroth locked onto Trebol as though he did not care that Sugar was escaping.

The slime projectiles Trebol flung exploded among the pipes, their boiling fluid spreading across the steel supports into a massive spiderweb.

Sephiroth struck Kizaru's signature pose, light radiating from his fingertip.

The gesture did indeed frighten Trebol so badly that slime flew off his entire body, but all that followed was a searing laser beam sweeping across the web, evaporating a path through it.

"Behehehe, say, Lord Great Angel, are you aware that Kaido will be arriving soon?"

"You asked the same question as Heavenly Yaksha. Of course I know."

Seeing how confident Sephiroth was, Trebol could not understand why, but he had no other options now. He could only try fighting first.

He raised walls of acid that closed in from three directions.

A spherical shield of light formed around Sephiroth. In essence, it was a high-powered Electromagnetic Shield
