Qi Xia and the others survived a series of deadly games by solving their rules and clues. They reached a ruined city, learned they needed 3,600 Dao, and split over whether to explore it.

• Goat Head killed a smiling young man, then Human Sheep explained the deadly Liar game, and Qi Xia discovered his role card said “Liar.”
• Qi Xia reasoned that all nine participants had died before arriving and persuaded them to vote for Human Sheep, after which Goat Head shot himself and the survivors regained movement.
• Qiao Jiajin found Human Dog’s warning on the mask, and Qi Xia interpreted its clue so the group turned the table and assembled its pieces into a shield against harpoons.
• When the room began crushing them, Qi Xia led the group to wedge tabletops into ceiling openings, and he tricked Human Snake into pulling a lever that lowered the ceiling.
• Human Dragon told Qi Xia and the others that the world would be annihilated in ten days unless they gathered 3,600 Dao, then sent them into a ruined city.
• Doctor Zhao used a fishhook and fishing line to remove Han Yimo’s harpoon and stitch his wound, while the shop assistant ate a golden Dao and offered Zhang Chenze a cooked infant’s arm.
• Qi Xia, Qiao Jiajin, Tiantian, and Lin Qin decided to seek Dao, while Doctor Zhao, Han Yimo, Xiao Ran, Officer Li, and Zhang Chenze stayed behind, and Lin Qin urged them to wait until morning.

After Han Yimo’s murder, Qi Xia pursued Dao and clues about the games, then led his companions through a deadly bear challenge and clashed with Zhang Shan over their winnings. The group divided their Dao, cooked bear meat, and discovered they had come from different years.

• Han Yimo died beneath the Seven Black Sword, and Qi Xia admitted to killing him before leaving the Convenience Store with Qiao Jiajin, Tiantian, and Lin Qin.
• Qi Xia wagered his life in Human Rat’s search game, uncovered how the Dao was hidden, and watched Vermilion Bird kill Human Rat after releasing her.
• Qi Xia proposed that the group gather clues and Dao through games, then joined an ox game that split his companions into separate teams facing black bears.
• Qi Xia organized the yellow team around an iron plate, helping them survive the bear until the timer ended, while Zhang Shan’s team returned with the bear defeated.
• Zhang Shan challenged Qi Xia over his treatment of the others, but Qiao Jiajin fought him until Earth Ox broke them apart and Zhang Shan paid the Dao he owed.
• Qi Xia declined Zhang Shan’s invitation to join his group, divided the team’s Dao, and refused a young woman who asked to join them.
• The group cooked bear meat with Xiaoxiao’s help, and Qi Xia, Qiao Jiajin, Lin Qin, and Tiantian revealed that they came from 2022, 2006, 2068, and 2019 respectively.
