A sharp-looking officer stood up. "Present, sir!"

"Your grades... are almost all A's too. A little weaker in driving and shooting under stress... hmm?" Li Jie turned to the behavioral assessment and teamwork section. "Failing marks?" He flipped through a few more pages. "You were assigned to the West District Police Department before, but they sent you back to the Police Academy?"

"Yes, sir!"

Although McNaught's face flushed, he still answered loudly. "Because I questioned their illegal conduct. This was deliberate retaliation on their part, sir!"

"Don't tell me people call you Little Gordon?"

Li Jie shook his head slightly. "The West District does have a lot of problems, but that isn't grounds for questioning your superior. Uh... not that I'm really in any position to say that..."
