Li Jie pushed open the iron door to the armory and saw Otis sitting behind the desk, chatting animatedly with Harkness and Ben Turner on the small sofa beside him. Ten sheets of A4 paper covered in writing lay on the coffee table in front of them, and Harkness was still taking notes on a fresh sheet.
