Having mastered the Divine Language and a way to travel to a parallel universe, Lin Chen had almost everything he needed to search for the Super Dragon Balls.
The last thing he needed was a Dragon Radar that could locate them.

The Super Dragon Balls were essentially enlarged versions of ordinary Dragon Balls, so all that was needed was to upgrade a regular Dragon Radar, expand its detection range, and modify its map.
This was not particularly difficult work, so once Bulma learned what Lin Chen needed, she quickly got to work.
While he waited for Bulma to finish, Tights began pestering Lin Chen.

Once Tights learned that Lin Chen was going to search for the Super Dragon Balls, her curiosity became impossible to contain, and she clamored to join him.
