As a flash erupted on the distant island, someone on the cruise ship's deck cheered, "Lord Bojack! You just hit a villa on the island! Haha! What a shot!"
"Long live Lord Bojack! Long live! Long live!"
Others joined in the cheers.
These humans on the deck had all thrown in their lot with Bojack, scraping out a living under his rule.
Among them, one man had once earned considerable favor with Bojack by being the best at flattering him.
Today, however, that man hung above Bojack's head as an example of what happened to traitors.
Not long before, Bojack's subordinate Gokua had discovered evidence that this man had been passing information to the Resistance Army all along.
Taking a small sip of wine, Bojack smiled at the man overhead. "Mr. Satan, do you think your daughter might have been in that villa just now?"
Covered in wounds, Mr. Satan wearily raised his head and sneered. "Bojack, humanity will never submit to you! One day, someone will rise up and overthrow your brutal rule!"
"And when would that be? Mr. Satan, if I weren't waiting for Cell to return, I would have killed every last human long ago. To me, you're nothing but ants. I can do whatever I please with you."
Bojack suddenly spread all ten fingers, firing threadlike beams of light from between them and instantly killing the people who had just been cheering his name.
Only the first man to speak had been lucky enough to survive.
But seeing everyone around him die so horribly left his legs trembling with fear. He was on the verge of dropping to his knees.
As for Mr. Satan, he closed his eyes again, utterly despairing.
Ever since he had gone undercover at Bojack's side, he had known this day
