Hadn't they already sealed Mechikabura away? How had he appeared before them again?

Just then, Mechikabura stopped laughing and slowly opened his eyes.
He turned his gaze toward Lin Chen, his eyes filled with resentment and rage.
"Lin Chen! You dared to seal me away! Fortunately, I prepared for this long ago, or I would have nearly fallen into your trap."
Lin Chen stared at Mechikabura, then suddenly laughed. "Mechikabura? Heh, quit the act. You're not Mechikabura at all!"
"What? What are you saying, Lin Chen?" Chronoa asked in surprise. "He really is Mechikabura, isn't he?"
"Lady Chronoa, don't let him fool you. He isn't the Mechikabura we sealed away. If you ask me, he's merely a clone of Mechikabura... a clone implanted inside the Android Mira!" Lin Chen said, his gaze calm.
At his words, Mechikabura's eyes widened.
How had Lin Chen seen through his secret?
Seeing the shock on Mechikabura's face, Lin Chen laughed even more.
His guess had been right after all.
In truth, uncovering Mechikabura's secret wasn't difficult.
First, Lin Chen was absolutely certain that he had sealed Mechikabura away earlier.
Although it was his first time using the technique Chronoa had taught him, Lin Chen knew he hadn't made a mistake.

The place where Mechikabura had been sealed was an Alternate Dimension outside all of space-time, as well as the Demon World and the Time Realm.
