There's still Cao Rong. He needs to be dealt with too, Xu Yang thought.
But Cao Rong now alternated shifts with him guarding the Divine Armory Pavilion, leaving him no opportunity to kill him. As for whether Cao Rong would reveal what had happened to Xiao Hua, he was not worried. Xiao Hua had ambushed him, and he had killed him in self-defense. After waiting a while with still no sign of Gao Peng, they grew impatient. They decided not to bother waiting any longer and left the Mountain Gate, heading for Azure Sun City.

Sometimes ten days or even half a month passed without anyone coming up to the third floor. It was terribly dull.
Footsteps sounded downstairs, coming up toward him.
"Why are there two sets?"
Cao Rong was certain he had heard correctly. Two sets of footsteps were coming upstairs. There should only have been Zhou Zhichao, so why was there another person?
