While he was still wondering, however, the man spoke first. "Are you Junior Brother Xu Yang? I am He Song, a disciple of Heavenly Pivot Peak."

He Song smiled. "I wouldn't presume to offer guidance. The Inner Sect's Task Hall has assigned you something, Junior Brother Xu. I've come to notify you to undertake the mission." Xu Yang narrowed his eyes. Elder Firecloud had only just left, and already someone could no longer sit still. Most likely, it was that old dog Liu Qingyuan.
Given Xu Yang's standing, only someone of Liu Qingyuan's rank could casually assign him a mission and make him leave the Violet Sun Gate.
