On the distant shores of the Eastern Sea lay the domain of First Sea.
The entire Eastern Sea was divided into thirteen territorial seas, each governed by a Purple Mansion Dragon King. At their center lay [Heavenly Sea], home to the direct descendants of the two Dragon Lord lineages. Vast and boundless, it was also where the Crystal Palace stood.
