Mu Sheng emerged from seclusion, learned of Great Xia’s fall, and discussed the Northern Sea’s future with Yang Yuanxin. After Mystic Enlightenment Heaven ordered him to visit the Western Sea, he questioned Xiwan and learned that her clan’s plans involved Mystic Unity, Void Qi, and True Lord Guanchen.

• Mu Sheng mastered his Second Divine Ability, learned of Great Xia’s fall, and decided that the Dragon Palace should make a gesture toward the new Xi Earth True Lord.
• Mu Sheng reunited with Mu Ye and Yang Yuanxin, who told him she planned to send Mu Ye to Mystic Unity to cultivate the Dao and gain immortal registration.
• Yang Yuanxin received an Edict from Mystic Enlightenment Heaven directing Mu Sheng to visit the Western Sea and pay respects to the Crimson Phoenix and Rain Dragon branches.

Xu Fayan encountered a terrifying black-and-white Daoist in the primordial earth path and began fighting him while Xu Wugui monitored the crisis. Meanwhile, Jingying began attaining the Dao in the Western Sea, where Liu Xingfang guarded her against the malignant spirits emerging from the flames.

• Xu Fayan gathered primordial nurturing earth and discovered a wounded Daoist consuming Judge Chen, who had fled into the primordial earth path.
• The black-and-white Daoist trapped Xu Fayan and drew him in with the power of origin magnetism, so Xu Fayan resisted and invoked the Nether Sheep's power.
