With everyone gone, the room sank into darkness once more. It would only open again for the next Inner Academy Selection Tournament, welcoming a new group of students inside.
Xiao Fan and the others retraced their way through the passage and opened the pavilion's doors.

As the doors opened, the gray-robed figures seated on either side fixed their gazes on them. Xiao Fan and the others immediately felt a vast, surging energy sweep over their bodies. The energy seemed to serve only as a scan, disappearing after a dozen seconds or so.
"Your time is up. Leave, and remember: you must not reveal a single thing about the Library Pavilion to anyone outside." A hoarse voice rang in their ears. Everyone cupped their hands and quietly voiced their assent.
"Hehe, how was your haul?" Hu Gan, who had been waiting outside all this time, smiled as they emerged. "You didn't come back empty-handed, did you?"
Xiao Fan and the others nodded, the delight on their faces speaking volumes about what they had gained.
Hu Gan bowed to the two elders outside the pavilion. "Now that they're all out, we won't disturb you any longer."
The two gray-robed figures gave no reply. Hu Gan paid it no mind and led everyone back toward the doorway amid the spatial folds.
"Stay close to me, and don't touch these spatial folds. If you do, even I won't be able to save you."
They followed Hu Gan through the doorway and left. Xiao Fan glanced back, watching the scene within begin to blur behind the spatial folds until only the enormous Library Pavilion could still be seen standing there.
"I'm afraid the part we entered was only the tip of the Library Pavilion's iceberg."
After all, the Library Pavilion was enormous, and the
