The Grand Minister's teleportation formation was about to activate.
"Vegeta, do your best. I'll be waiting for you to come home," Bulma said. "Bulla, cheer Daddy and your brother on."
She held Bulla, who had yet to learn to walk, in her arms.
"Hmph." Vegeta grunted softly, then stole a glance at his wife and daughter, a complicated look on his face.
"Trunks, look after Vegeta, okay?" Bulma added.
What? Look after me?
Vegeta finally couldn't help protesting. "Wh-what are you talking about? I don't need looking after."
Bulma covered her mouth and chuckled.
Nearby, Son Gohan hugged Videl tightly and planted a firm kiss on her forehead.
"Wait for me to come home with the kids."
"Okay. Take care of yourself." Videl held Son Gohan tightly around the waist, reluctant to let go.
Pan whispered to her brother, "Do you think Daddy will kiss Mommy on the lips?"
"Shh, dummy. How could he with so many people here? Daddy already kissed Mommy on the forehead," Son Wu whispered in Pan's ear.
"Huh..."
"Haha, you two little rascals." At some point, Son Gohan had crouched behind them. He placed his large hands on their heads and ruffled their soft hair.
"Huh? Daddy, aren't you still hugging Mommy?" Pan asked in surprise, looking at her parents embracing.
"Silly Pan, Daddy must have used that cloning technique," Son Wu said.
Looking at the two of them, Son Gohan smiled gently. "Pan, Little Wu, cheer Daddy on."
As he spoke, he pointed to his cheeks.
"Mwah!" Pan rose onto her tiptoes and kissed Son Gohan's left cheek. "Go, Daddy!"
Little Wu looked terribly embarrassed, but he blushed and kissed his father's right cheek too.
"Do your best, Daddy. You have to come back and take us to the amusement park. You have to."
