On a certain crimson planet.
Constant volcanic eruptions left scalding lava flowing across its surface, making the entire planet look bright red.
A crab over ten meters tall leaped out of the lava and hurtled sideways toward Belmod, who stood on the scorched black ground.
Belmod gave the Crab Monster a cold glance.
The scene froze for an instant.
Belmod tore off its two enormous Crab Claws, then kicked the crab back into the lava.
The scene began moving again.
Belmod offered one of the Crab Claws to Marcarita. "Want a taste?"
Marcarita shook her head in disgust, her face full of disdain.
Belmod took a bite, then his expression changed drastically, and he hurriedly spat it out.
"Ptooey, ptooey, ptooey! That fishy stench goes straight to your head. Disgusting."
Grumbling, he casually tossed both Crab Claws into the lava.
Stripped of their vitality, the Crab Claws gave off wisps of smoke and quickly turned to charcoal, becoming part of the lava.
Watching the bubbling lava, Marcarita said, "Lord Belmod, you really need to stop eating random things."
Belmod did not pursue the subject.
His expression turned solemn. "Does Son Gohan already know?"
Marcarita nodded. "Yes. Khai reported you to a member of the Enforcement Team, so Lord Gohan should already know."
Belmod's expression darkened.
"That bastard! The guilty party cries foul first. Who knows what the Dark Demon Realm promised Khai? To think he'd turn around and accuse me. Well played."
"I'm absolutely furious."
Marcarita put her hands on her hips and huffed. "Hmph. I think you should explain the situation to Lord Gohan yourself. Otherwise, even I'll get dragged into this."
"Let's wait a little longer." Belmod's eyes were gloomy. "We'll see how Lord Gohan reacts first."
