When Bai Ye returned to Konoha, Shikaku saw that he had brought people back with him yet again.
A strange look crossed Shikaku's face, but when he saw their red hair, he asked, "Are these the Uzumaki Clan members from Kusagakure?!"

Red-haired people were rare in the shinobi world. Almost the only people with red hair were members of the Uzumaki Clan.
"That's right. Someone take care of getting them settled. Register them as Konoha residents, and enroll the child so she can attend the Ninja Academy!"
