With that thought, Yechen hesitated no longer. He reached out to the Supreme God Token with his mind, and a white vortex rippled through the empty air ahead as a gateway slowly opened.
Yechen grabbed Elder Lei and stepped straight through the gateway.
In the blink of an eye, they arrived in another world. Their eyes lit up, and their entire bodies felt as though they were bathing in an ocean of spiritual energy.
The spiritual energy here was probably ten times denser than in the outside world. Cultivating here would yield twice the results with half the effort.
There were spiritual springs and cascading waterfalls, exotic flowers and rare herbs, and even long rivers of energy flowing through the sky. At the heart of it all stood a palace complex floating above a sea of clouds. Its main palace, the Myriad Forms Hall, was the grandest of all and stood in the deepest part of the complex.
That would be Yechen's residence from now on, as well as the seat of the Divine Lord.
Five clearly ranked zones surrounded the Myriad Forms Hall. They would serve as residences for the elders and disciples.
"So this is the Nine Heavens Evolving Heaven Palace!" Yechen exclaimed in delight.
Even Mount Myōboku, Shikkotsu Forest, and Ryūchi Cave probably could not compare to a blessed sanctuary like this.
"From now on, the Nine Heavens Evolving Heaven Palace will be my cultivation sanctuary!" Yechen's hearty laughter echoed above the entire Heavenly Palace.
Elder Lei had long since been left dumbstruck. Surely an immortal paradise like this was where gods lived. Compared to this place, his Cloud Shadow Village was nothing more than a rural backwater.
"Divine Lord, is this where our sect will be based?"
"Of course. Let's go inside and take a look."
