Then drops of rain fell from above, landing on Yechen's face.

He murmured softly and wiped his face with a hand, gazing into the distance, where the mountains and water seemed to blend into a single line.
"Hahaha... this rain couldn't have come at a better time!"
Suddenly, a booming laugh rang out ahead, drawing Yechen's attention.
He turned to look and saw a figure crackling with lightning soar out of the Kumogakure ranks, charging straight toward the Rock Ninja.
Who else could possess such potent Lightning Release chakra but the Third Raikage?
"Charge... let's fight our way out together!"
Another voice rang out from the ranks, followed by a second, a third, a fourth...
The moment the Third Raikage charged out, figure after figure followed without hesitation, shouting as they rushed toward the Rock Ninja army ahead.
Battle cries filled the air, and in the blink of an eye, the two sides plunged into fierce combat.
Watching their backs as they charged forward, Yechen thought for a moment before following. The chaos would give him the perfect chance to fish in troubled waters.
Yet, just after killing a Rock Ninja, he spotted a furtive figure in the crowd. The person wore a black robe and a mask-an outfit that clearly marked them as an Anbu ninja.
However, a glance at the mask revealed no markings, leaving him unable to tell which faction the spy belonged to.
As Yechen watched, the other person seemed to sense his gaze and looked his way, then faltered a step, evidently realizing that Yechen was watching them.
Just as Yechen was about to seize the person and question them, they vanished with the Body Flicker Technique.
Watching the black-robed figure flee, Yechen abandoned the
