"Brothers of the Rock Ninja..." Yechen raised his clenched right fist high and shouted.
"Thanks for all your hard work! Leave the rest to me. Go home, wash up, and get some sleep."
The Rock Ninja looked left and right, their faces blank with bewilderment.
"Damn Uchiha! What are you trying to do?" Ōnoki flew into a rage at his words.
Yechen turned toward the utterly exhausted Third Raikage and flashed a mouthful of gleaming white teeth.
"My target is him, of course."
"Brat, you're nowhere near qualified to take me on. Die..."
Though the Third Raikage was utterly spent, he would never surrender without a fight. With a roar, he summoned the last of his strength and threw a punch at Yechen.
Bang!
Yechen extended his palm and blocked the Third Raikage's fist. Tremendous force rippled between them, forming a gale that swept outward.
Had the Third Raikage been at his peak, Yechen could never have blocked his punch so easily.
Now, however, he was on his last legs. How much strength could he possibly muster? And Yechen was no weakling himself, so blocking the Third Raikage's punch was hardly surprising.
To everyone watching, however, it was an entirely different story.
They all knew how powerful the Third Raikage was. No one could withstand even one of his attacks. Even the Third Tsuchikage dared not take his fist head-on, yet this unremarkable-looking brat had blocked it with such ease.
They were not the only ones astonished. The Third Raikage himself was utterly shocked.
He knew his strength had diminished, but that did not mean just anyone could withstand his punch. At the very least, few people in the Shinobi World could manage it.
Who exactly is this brat? Why is his strength so terrifying?
"Uncle Raikage..." Yechen called softly.
