"Enough! Stop looking at those two!" Hatake Ziyan said irritably. "Your mistake was knowing your enemies were stronger than you and still not asking me for help. Instead, you foolishly walked right up and let them kill you!"
Yahiko looked at Hatake Ziyan in confusion.
"Am I wrong? If I hadn't rescued Konan beforehand, with that indecisive streak of yours, would all three of you have come back unharmed today?" Hatake Ziyan said bluntly.
"How was I indecisive? Was it wrong to sacrifice myself to save a friend?" Yahiko muttered.

Hatake Ziyan slapped Yahiko on the head again!
"Yes! Sacrificing yourself to save a friend is very noble! But did you ever think about the fact that you're the leader of the Akatsuki? If you die, what are the people following you supposed to do? You might have eased your own conscience,
"but do you really think Nagato and Konan wouldn't avenge you if you sacrificed yourself? Do you think they'd still hold on to your ridiculous dream of peace after that?" Hatake Ziyan berated him after the slap.
Seemingly provoked by Hatake Ziyan, Yahiko looked him straight in the eye. "My dream isn't wrong. The people who keep starting wars for their own selfish desires are wrong! Only by becoming the god of this world can we restore peace to it! Even if I die, I believe Nagato will fulfill my dream for me!"
Hearing Yahiko's words, Nagato nodded firmly as well.
Yahiko's sudden outburst caught Hatake Ziyan off guard. Then he said, "Do you think a handful of people and this so-called god of yours can achieve the peace you envision?"
