"In that case, discuss it among yourselves! I'll take my leave!" Completely unfazed, Deva Path Pain rose and prepared to leave!
"Please wait!" Minato Namikaze called out when he saw Deva Path Pain about to leave with his people.
"Oh? What insight do you have to offer, Hokage?" Deva Path Pain stopped and asked Minato Namikaze.
"Everyone, please hear me out! Our top priority right now is confronting that terrifying man, Hatake Ziyan! If we fight among ourselves or fail to present a united front, Hatake Ziyan will be the one who benefits! Can't we all make some concessions over who becomes the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki?" Minato Namikaze stepped forward and said.
"What do you propose, Hokage?" asked Ōnoki, the Tsuchikage.
"Each village that wants to compete for the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki position can send three people to fight. Whichever village the last person standing belongs to will choose the candidate. How does that sound?" Minato Namikaze said.
"No!" the Raikage rejected it outright. "That's unfair! Everyone knows Konoha has plenty of powerful shinobi right now! And this Deva Path Pain possesses the Rinnegan, the legendary sage eye. Who knows what powers he has! If he wins, are we really supposed to let
