She picked up a document. "After deliberation, the village leadership has decided to grant you the rank of special jōnin, with the corresponding privileges and stipend. You will also be awarded one opportunity to enter the Scroll of Seals reading room's restricted section and learn a jutsu, along with a mission bonus of five million ryō."
