Miroku's voice was ethereal, yet heavy with worry. "For reasons unknown, its soul has grown restless lately, trying to break through the seal and reunite with its body. Once that reunion is complete, the world will plunge into endless darkness."
"The Yomi Cult," she continued, "is a group of fanatics who worship Moryo and yearn for destruction. Their leader, Yomi, was once my guard, but he fell into corruption because he coveted Moryo's power. Now he is leading an immortal puppet army toward the Land of Swamps, seeking to destroy the seal on its body."

Ling spoke at the right moment, seemingly offering his own analysis while actually providing a plausible explanation for Tobirama's assessment. "In other words, those immortal soldiers aren't truly immortal. They rely on energy supplied remotely by Moryo? Perhaps we could counter them with large-scale purification ninjutsu, or by cutting their connection to the energy source."
