Almost five months had flown by since I started posting this book on January 1.
Thank you all so much for supporting this book. I won't say too much here-I nearly got chopped up by the readers today~
Of course, seeing Xiao Ye's and Yan Yun's monthly votes really touched me and eased my fear quite a bit.
Let me share the numbers: first-chapter subscriptions stood at 620 after seven days. Later, before I stopped updating, average subscriptions rose to 750 over a month. After that, despite the hiatus, they still went up a little thanks to everyone's support. That's what I feel most guilty about-the average actually increased while I wasn't updating~
It's at 800 now!
I don't feel right taking that money, so I've been sending red packets in the reader group lately. That'll probably bring in around 400-600 yuan. The breaks have been so bad lately that new subscriptions have dried up. I reckon plenty of readers have deleted this book from their libraries. Serves me right!!!
I sent out 200 yuan between yesterday and today. For every day I miss an update this month, I'll send out 200 yuan. Let this be my pledge, and you readers can hold me to it. (I posted the VIP group details in the reader community. Don't bother joining the regular group-nobody talks there. It's dead! I'll disband it later.)

I feel especially sorry toward my editor, "Ruoye." Every time he gave me a recommendation spot, I stopped updating the very next day. A recommendation, then no updates-I've really let him down and wasted his valuable recommendation spots. (I always
