Yun Huanling started. "Is that a Recording Stone?"
Su Jiu did not answer, but her silence clearly confirmed it.
"Should we warn Fellow Daoist Yu?"
The corner of Su Jiu's mouth twitched. "Do you think everyone is as stupid as you? Would he not know?"
Yun Huanling froze for a moment. "You mean he did it on purpose? But why?"
There could be any number of reasons, but Su Jiu could not read minds. How would she know which one it was?
She ignored Yun Huanling's foolish question and changed the subject. "Have you worked out the differences between these seven formations from the clues in the stone chambers?"
Yun Huanling choked on his words and finally fell silent.
After lengthy calculations and deductions, Su Jiu had more or less determined which one was the exit.
The seven formations in the stone chambers resembled the one in the previous room. All had part of their Formation Pattern hidden beneath something, but there were differences as well.
Their designer had deliberately placed seven identical Formation Patterns in conspicuous spots in the seven rooms, clearly intending to mislead anyone unfamiliar with formation arts.
In truth, although these seven Formation Patterns were identical, they were all incomplete.
Part of each true Formation Pattern was still hidden beneath something.
Aside from the first room they had arrived in and the last room, Su Jiu had found all the missing Formation Patterns in the other rooms.
Interestingly, these missing Formation Patterns were all different. Combined with the markings on the floor, they formed various Teleportation Arrays, which also showed that their destinations differed.
Based on her deductions, Su Jiu could almost rule out four of them. These four closely resembled the Teleportation Array beneath Goddess Mountain: they all led to other spaces.
The other three
