He drew the Rapier at his waist, coated it in Haki, and faced Enel head-on!

Enel had only just steadied himself when Rayleigh came charging in behind his blade, slashing straight at his face!
There was no dodging it!
Clang!!! Metal rang against metal, sending sparks flying!
Enel crossed his arms in front of him, coating them in pitch-black Armament Haki, and forcibly blocked Rayleigh's momentum-driven slash.
A shockwave erupted outward from the two of them, whipping up dust and shredded grass into a fleeting ring of turbulent air.
"Such powerful Observation Haki."
Seeing Enel react instantly even under these circumstances, Rayleigh couldn't help marveling inwardly.
After all, within Gern's forces, Enel wasn't nearly as famous as Bullet or Hawk-Eye. Apart from Golden Lion, who had diligently gathered information on him,

This old man's Haki is seriously strong, and his swordsmanship is at the level of a Great Swordsman. I'm just not sure how he compares to Mihawk.
"Thirty million volts: Thunder Bird!" The Tomoe Drums behind Enel sounded, and a massive bird formed from raging lightning screeched as it lunged out, blasting toward Rayleigh
