Gern watched the Den Den Mushi's remarkably lifelike expression and rubbed his temples, a headache coming on. His tone was somewhat dismissive.
"What is it now, my dear Fleet Admiral Sengoku?
"I seem to recall that I already dealt with all the important documents requiring my personal approval.
"Isn't everything left just work you can rubber-stamp?"
"You little bastard!" A vein seemed to bulge on the forehead of the Sengoku-shaped Den Den Mushi. "It's the World Military Draft!"
"That old fellow Zephyr is already waiting for you at the temporary drill grounds in New Marineford!
"The candidates sent over by the World Government have finished the open tryouts. We've narrowed them down to two fellows, and their strength looks pretty formidable!"
Sengoku's tone grew a little more serious. "One is called Issho, and the other is Aramaki.
"Based on the preliminary tests and observations, the strength those two have shown... seems sufficient to fill the vacant Admiral positions!
"Momousagi and Chaton, our two Admiral candidates, have already fought them, and both lost!
