Thrall was fast.
The next instant, a fierce wind swept up from the ground.
Most people assumed that someone fast would be weaker, while someone strong would be slower.
But that assumption did not apply to Thrall.
As he charged, the Greataxe in his hands swept sideways with overwhelming force.
He was like a Kodo Beast in full stampede!
Everyone present was shaken by his terrifying momentum.
Somewhat unexpectedly, however, Blackmoore was fast too.
He seemed utterly focused. As Thrall's sweeping strike came at him, Blackmoore dodged it with a fluid roll forward and to the right.
Not only that, but as he rolled, Blackmoore drew his sword upward, trying to stab Thrall in the thigh.
Thrall had to leap sideways quickly to avoid the attack.
Blackmoore was a powerful human warrior himself.
That exchange seemed to have awakened the Lord of Durnholde.
A decisive expression gradually appeared on his face, and his footwork grew more measured.
He was about to fight back.
Blackmoore feinted with a slash to the left, then fiercely attacked Thrall's right side.
Thrall, however, effectively shut down the attack.
He blocked with the Greataxe, locking their weapons together.
"It's not too late, Thrall." Blackmoore was still trying to persuade the orc before him. "We can still join forces. I'll give all your orcs their freedom, as long as you promise they'll obey my orders and fight for me, just as you did!"
"Have you still not come to your senses, Blackmoore? Do you think mere words can make me forget everything I've heard and seen?" Thrall roared. "Remember this: I will never be anyone's tool again!"
Thrall's vision turned blood-red. His muscles trembled continuously, and thick veins stood out across his face like tangled roots.
He could feel something like fire pumping from his heart,
