"What?" King Varian looked incredulous. "But you look as though you've only just arrived..."

"Here's what happened." Archmage Marin then recounted everything that had happened earlier that day on the Mountain Pass on the other side.

"I never imagined..." The king looked at Rhode. "So much happened in the mountains of Westfall today. And I certainly never imagined that Mage Rhode would single-handedly eliminate these two major threats to Stormwind Royal City!"

"That was just something I did along the way. We're all members of the Alliance, so helping each other is only natural." Rhode chuckled. "Now, about teaching the little girl swordsmanship..."

Varian waved a broad hand. "That certainly won't be a problem! I'll teach her whenever I've finished attending to affairs of state. But that means you'll have to stay in Stormwind City for a few more days."

"Of course, of course." Rhode laughed heartily.
