At the Combat Arena, several elven elders hurried forward to rescue Elminyu, who had been blasted dozens of meters away, and immediately poured a few drops of Elf Spring Water into his mouth.
The scene was downright terrifying. Elminyu, with his eight-pattern elemental inscription, had not only lost to the one-year-old Titan Morpheus in a single hit-his attack had failed to breach his opponent's defenses at all!
The gap between races was sometimes so vast that it was difficult to accept.
For example, even elder-level figures from Dwarfkind and Goblinkind could not match the one-year-old Morpheus in combat.
That went doubly for the other young members of the Other Races present.
Morpheus stood in the Combat Arena, eagerly calling for his next challenger. "Keep going! Next!"
He looked excited. He had casually smashed open an entrance to the Ancient Ruins, never expecting to find such an interesting competition!
But Elminyu alone had been nowhere near enough to satisfy him.
Seeing their most gifted newly awakened junior crushed so thoroughly, the Elven Royal Family looked grim. The elders exchanged glances, then turned to the Elf Queen, Elvira, waiting for her decision.
Elvira frowned slightly. She had not expected someone to discover an entrance to the ruins and reach the Holy Spirit Forest, let alone insist on joining the combat exchange tournament.
Had he belonged to an ordinary race, Elvira could have refused him entry on the grounds that he had not been invited, or driven him back herself.
But this was Titankind!
A superpowered combat race ranked among the top two hundred of all races!
If she refused to let him compete or personally drove this Young Titan away, and he reported it to Titankind, they could never bear the consequences once the Titan Army arrived.
