As for how much Immortal Race bloodline aura they could acquire, that depended on how much Immortal Land Water they absorbed and refined.
Immortal Land Water was an exceedingly rare treasure even among the Immortal Race. Cultivators born into the race also had to continually purify their bloodlines to become stronger and practice more of their race's Immortal Arts.
Not every race could fully absorb Immortal Land Water, however. The Devil Race was a prime example of a race utterly incapable of absorbing it.
