Lin Ying opened her hollow eyes like a corpse, then slowly sat up, her neck turning mechanically toward Lynn like a broken machine.
She stared at the still-smoking bullet hole in his forehead, then at his tightly closed eyes as he snored away.

He really did live up to the name Demon Ghost.
Even after she'd shot him, he was carrying on as if nothing had happened. Was he even human?!
This had to be some gene for automated evil etched into his very bones.

Lin Ying finally snapped. She turned, throwing elbows and fists and feet at this creature who insisted on tormenting her over and over, even in death. She didn't care if she couldn't beat him. Today, she was going to take every last bit of her frustration out on this bastard!
