This was part of the plan Lynn had made from the very beginning. Clearly, the Dollhouse was clever enough to take on that responsibility without even needing him to arrange it.
And after the world where the Flesh Dominator resided had been destroyed, the battlefield had successfully been divided.
His strongest allies, the Mechanical Church, had been pinned down on the reverse side of space.
Meanwhile, in real space...
The Dollhouse would face the challenge of that ancient Lord of Death. Whether or not they could ultimately persuade him to withdraw from this conflict, they could certainly keep that ancient Origin occupied for a while.

The only one who could truly stand guard beside the Flesh Dominator was the Vampire Clan Origin from the City of Sin.
But Lynn was in no hurry.
After Eve had devoured the trace of her biomass that Sir Awen had brought back from her Castle, Lynn had learned from Eve some of the inside story behind her deal with the Flesh Dominator.
And Lynn was absolutely confident that he could make her withdraw willingly.
Amid the burning rain, Lynn smiled, holding the Monocle as he gazed at the towering, shattered remains of the Crimson World.
He said slowly:
"Miss Doll, go tell Eve to get ready. I've arranged a pretty good opponent for her too. I'm sure she'll like it."
Holding her umbrella, Black String Moon glanced sideways at him.
"And you?"
Lynn broke into a brilliant grin. He glanced at the Pocket Watch in his hand and said:
"I'm going to challenge our Flesh Dominator, of course."
"I have so, so many scores to settle with him. I'm sure I'll be the one who finally kills him."
