Lynn: "(★ᴗ★)y"
There was no doubt about it.
Whenever an opportunity to gain Affection came knocking on his door like this, Lynn handled it with ease.
Saying a few moving things that everyone wanted to hear really could raise their Affection before he even knew it. Whether he could actually deliver was beside the point for now. Words came easily, after all. It was pure profit with nothing to lose.
Though that was what he thought to himself.
Lynn still wore a frail expression, his eyes slightly red and a smile on his face. Anyone who saw him would have been moved.
"So, Matriarch, could you let me switch back to my flesh-and-blood body before I lean on you a little longer?"
Lynn looked up and asked wistfully.
"What's wrong?"
The Self-Binding Angel paused in surprise.
Resting his head wistfully against the Matriarch's all-embracing bosom, Lynn said:
"This lump of iron can't feel anything. With my actual head, I think I'd be more comfortable lying here, Matriarch."
"..."
Bang-
An elbow struck Lynn's iron forehead, sending sparks flying.
With her eyes closed, the Self-Binding Angel ground her elbow hard against Lynn's forehead, refusing to let go no matter how he struggled. Because there was no doubt that anyone who could say something so shameless in front of so many people was far healthier than he looked-he might even be completely fine.
"Matriarch! Matriarch! Stop grinding! Keep that up and it'll break!"
"..."
Several minutes later.
Lynn tossed his Trinity Frame into his System Space and switched back to his flesh-and-blood body.
Even so, Lynn still felt numb all over. It did not come from his body, but from the immense drain on his mind and soul. Almost every step left him dizzy, though he could just barely keep going.
