It was a purely feral assault, like a cat toying with a mouse.

Light Banquet shouted and charged over, gritting her teeth, trying to get Lynn out of trouble.
But the gap in their strength was too great. Light Banquet couldn't keep up with Ether's lightning speed at all. Almost instantly, Ether swept her away with a kick, and the data within her body began to break apart on a massive scale.
"Don't interfere with us."
The corner of Ether's mouth lifted.
Moving with incredible speed, he spun again and drove a fist toward Lynn's chest.
Crack-
The psionic light blade Lynn held before his chest cracked almost instantly, dissolving into countless fragments of light. That terrifying punch landed squarely on his chest, and the psionics shielding it collapsed in an instant, exploding into countless shards of broken data.
"You're too weak. Why don't you try to outmaneuver me? Like you did with the other Machine Gods-use those devious schemes of yours to toy with me like a mouse. Isn't that what you do best?"
Bam-
Another lightning-fast kick sent Lynn flying.
Light flashed before his eyes, and that gently smiling face appeared before him again. A hand clamped around his neck, forcibly stopping his body in place.
"Or were they simply too stupid and overestimated you?"
But at that very moment.
An expression of triumph suddenly appeared on Lynn's face, shattered by that relentless barrage of blows. Even now, the corners of his mouth lifted, as though the one-sided beating he had just endured had never happened.
"No."
He made an odd spitting motion, baring his white teeth as he spat the broken data out of his mouth.
"You're the stupid one.
