Lynn held the Monocle and threw his head back in laughter. Then his expression instantly turned serious, and he said:
"That's not the point. A name is just a label, and is this really the time to discuss that? We have to find a way to recover our strength, fast. Otherwise, once Ether attacks, we're all finished!"
Lynn decisively changed the subject.
"Where's Extinction?"
Lynn asked quickly.
Azephala extended her hand. As her fingers moved over the sea, the sound of surging tides rang out once again.

The water before them rapidly rose. Pitch-black Erosion Marks broke through the surface with a rush, gathering high in the sky into black bubbles of varying sizes. As the Erosion Marks gradually turned transparent, Lynn immediately noticed the clusters of miniature machines trapped and suppressed inside them.
Azephala looked up and said:
"His will is dispersed among these tiny machines, which are linked to one another in a way I don't understand. After discovering that, I had my god use Erosion Marks to separate them and suppress them beneath the water. But he's strong, and he's been trying to escape all this time. Fortunately, apart from my Erosion Marks, there's no useful material here for him to draw on."
She waved her hand.

Silver Fantasy froze, her pupils suddenly widening.

She had heard Lynn mention him in passing before, and amid Ether's Atomic Tide, she had distinctly sensed that one Machine God's mass was missing. But seeing Extinction appear here with her own eyes still shook her.
