Lynn smiled and adjusted his glasses. "Then I'm sorry to inform you that a cyst this large has grown on your intestines, and it's still spreading into the surrounding area. It's dangerous."
Lynn held out his hands, indicating the size of an apple.
At those words,
the Night Doctor burst out laughing as though he had heard the funniest joke in the world.
"A cyst? You're saying I've developed a cyst? My fellow physician, even if you're making things up, please try to be professional. The digestive tract is an extremely sensitive set of organs. Any discomfort quickly manifests through all sorts of symptoms. If something really were wrong, why wouldn't I feel a thing..."

Almost the instant he finished speaking, his eyes went blank.
Because he immediately felt it.

And the moment he pulled out his intestines, his pupils contracted sharply. He actually saw one cyst after another growing on his small intestine.
He shot to his feet.
