All around them was silence.
A long time passed.
One of Lynn's hands shakily pushed its way out from beneath her.
"Down... down here..."
Xiao Xiao immediately hopped aside.
She curiously looked at the spread-eagled, human-shaped depression beneath her, then watched as a pale Lynn crawled out of it.
"Doctor Big Brother-what a unique hiding place-٩(๑＞◡＜๑)۶ -"
"Unique, sure... but Xiao Xiao, next time you pick a landing spot, could you not land dead center on the bullseye? The eight ring or even the seven ring would be perfectly fine!"
Lynn's balls ached.
But Xiao Xiao paid him no mind. She moved right up to him with a (✪ω✪) look, gazed at him happily, and stuck out her tongue, soaking him from head to toe with one slurp.
"Wait!"
Slurp-
"Wait, Xiao Xiao! Don't stick out your tongue the moment you see me!"
Slurp-slurp-
"Fine. If you want to lick me, go ahead..."
Slurp-slurp-sluuurp-
Once Lynn had finally been licked so thoroughly that he might as well have taken a bath, Xiao Xiao lifted him in front of her with a tentacle, looking (✪ω✪), as though she were gazing at her most beloved treasure.
"Xiao Xiao is so happy-Doctor Big Brother-"
"Older Brother, you haven't played with Xiao Xiao in a really, really, really long time—the last time seems like it was way, way back. When my teeth hurt, I wanted to find you, but you were never there—"
Wide-eyed, Lynn sat on her tentacle and leaned closer.
"That's because Older Brother has grown up. When you grow up, there are lots and lots of things you have to do. Even if you don't want to, you still have to do them. You can't play all the time anymore."
Xiao Xiao asked curiously:
"Will Xiao Xiao grow up too-"
