Without wasting any more words on Clown, Lynn unleashed his mighty power and forcibly moved the Chaos Engine, dragging the enormous construct back the way they had come.
Lynn immediately noticed that, without the Chaos Engine to stabilize it, the surrounding Chaos Corridor began to grow turbulent. A thunderous rumbling rose from the border region. The Main Universe had begun healing itself. Without a fresh supply of chaos power, this Chaos Corridor would eventually be diluted and erased, leaving no trace behind.
As Lynn dragged the Chaos Engine back along their route, the defenders at the next location noticed the behemoth almost immediately.
But just as Lynn had expected.
They did not regard the two of them as enemies. Instead, they sent out large numbers of personnel to receive them, assuming some large-scale redeployment was underway.
And, unsurprisingly.
Lynn and Clown struck at once, catching them completely off guard and slaughtering every defender there as quickly as possible.
They retraced their route.
One engine, two, three.
By the time they returned to the original junction, Lynn was dragging nearly ten enormous Chaos Engines behind him.
The chaos fluctuations emitted by so many engines gathered together caused massive expansions of chaos wherever they passed.
"We can't go any closer."
Lynn stopped, panting heavily.
Moving so many Chaos Engines at once was an extraordinarily draining task, even for a being of his magnitude.
"We'll leave them here for now. If we take them any farther into the Abyss, I'm afraid even its structure will be severely affected."
They had swept away virtually every enemy along their route, leaving no survivors.
Lynn turned and looked back the way they had come.
The Main Universe had already begun eroding and dismantling this Chaos Corridor. If all went well, the universe would eventually grind it
