Lynn was not quite sure what he wanted now.
Although the Nightmare King and the others had schemed to forcibly split off his rational side for thousands of years, judging by his behavior in the Old World, the Truth God King's extreme obstinacy and near-madness made it difficult for Lynn to trust him completely.
"What do you want to know?"
Lynn asked.
The figure's expression was calm, as though regaining his true form and memories had done little to affect his disposition.
"Tell me the whole truth, from the destruction of the Old World to the beginning of the New World. I want to know everything that happened during that time. I want to know what caused all of this, where it all began."
The wind in the void was like surging waves.
Lynn gazed into his eyes for a long time before finally speaking.
"If you want to understand the struggle between Reincarnation and that Great Lord, I happen to know a little about that history, from the birth of the New World to the Lord of the End's resurrection... If you can judge it objectively, I'm willing to tell you."
The figure listened in silence.
Lynn did not hesitate much either. He told him everything in detail, from how that Great Lord had ascended to become the Firstborn after defeating them, to Reincarnation's resurrection, the Great Lord's resistance, and their eventual mutual destruction.
He did not reveal everything, however. For instance, he omitted the agreement the Great Lord and the Reincarnation God-King had reached after their final battle.
And after that.
Came the New World.
The Great Lord vanished, Raven reappeared, and the Painter gathered the power of all the Ravens to rebuild the order of the Main Universe in this shattered Wasteland.
The figure's expression remained unchanged.
